The Directory of Open Access Journals allows you to search either by journal or by specific article, while also using the filters it provides for a more targeted search.

Google Scholar allows you to search through articles, case laws, and patents, while also creating a profile so you can have your own library of resources. You can also apply some filters here as well, for a more targeted search. Not everything you find here is open access and full-text, so in that case you will need to search the title of what you cannot find here, in the Library's or Cardiff Met's databases, or even in the DOAJ above.
