Food Science Source is an extensive full-text database designed to support the research needs of the food industry. It provides hundreds of full-text journals, monographs, magazines and trade publications, plus a wealth of food industry and market reports. Subjects include food processing, safety, service, shipping and innovation. This database includes 734 full-text journals, magazines, and trade publications, and 890 indexed and abstracted journals and magazines.

 

Environment Complete is a leading full-text database for environmental  studies. It provides hundreds of top environment journals covering ecosystem ecology, energy, environmental policy, sustainability and other related subjects. It includes 838 active full-text journals and magazines, 497 active global Open Access journals and has the most highly regarded scholarly vocabularies curated by subject matter experts covering all disciplines and major publishers.

 

GreenFILE is a free research database covering all aspects of human impact to the environment. Its collection of scholarly, government and general-interest titles includes content on global warming, green building, pollution, sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, recycling, and more. The database provides indexing and abstracts for more than 1,3 million records, as well as Open Access full text for more than 15,800 records.

 

Business Source Premier provides researchers with essential business journals such as Harvard Business Review, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Management Science, Marketing Science, MIS Quarterly, Bloomberg Businessweek, Forbes, Fortune, and many others. It includes rigorous curation and indexing of open access (OA) journals, which has resulted in a growing collection of 2,070 active global OA journals. It also includes 2,598 active indexed, peer-reviewed journals and magazines.

 

eBook Database:

Our eBook Collection (hosted by EBSCO) includes two subcollections:

  1. eBook Academic collection: this multidisciplinary collection features thousands of titles from leading publishers and university presses across a wide range of academic subjects, while it provides trusted resources that support meaningful learning and discovery. The collection includes around 260 thousand e-Books. Subjects contained in this collection include, among others, business and economics, literature and literary studies, computer science, environmental technology, internal medicine, chemistry, social science, and more.
  2. eBook Business collection: this collection contains e-books dedicated to the study of business. From conducting in-depth research to understanding core business concepts, the collection offers the in-demand titles, chosen for quality and relevance rather than volume alone. The eBook Business Collection includes around 27 thousand e-Books and encompasses a variety of business topics, such as business ethics, career development, leadership and management, sales and selling, human resources, marketing-advertising and public relations, and more.

Science is the world's leading journal of original scientific research, global news, and commentary. Science Online provides digital access to all Science content from 1997 to the current issue, including prepublication content.

You can search through back issues and current ones - and also download articles - only within the premises of the American Farm School and Perrotis College.
