Borrowing Privileges

Use your Library Card and borrow print library materials from both the Central Library and the Hub, based on the borrowing policies below:

Loaning Periods

	‘Dimitris and Aliki Perrotis’ Central Library	‘George and Charlotte Draper’ Information & Media Hub
Non-Reserved Books	Up to 5 items for 14 days	Up to 5 items for 14 days
Course Reserves	N/A*	Up to 5 items for 24 hrs
Magazines/Journals	Up to 5 back issues for 7 days	Up to 5 back issues for 7 days
CD-Roms	Up to 5 items for 7 days	Up to 5 items for 14 days

Overdue Items

Overdues	Library Expectation/Assumption	Action Taken
>1 month	Missing	Student cannot borrow any library materials until the overdue item is returned
Requested by others	1 week notice to Student to return the requested item	Charge of 5€ / day for each day the book is not returned, after the initial 1 week notice
Never returned	Lost	Student will be reported to Perrotis College for disciplinary action and be charged with replacing the lost item
Returned damaged	Damaged	Student is charged with replacing the lost item
